1NEWS – Korean fans were surprised by the dating news of Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo ex-Momoland. After previously Lee Min Ho’s agency denied it, now it’s Yeonwoo’s agency’s turn to talk about the dating news.
The day after Dispatch’s report about Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo’s dating, Yeonwoo’s agency, MLD Entertainment opened its voice. “After checking with Yeonwoo himself, they have a close senior-junior relationship,” the agency said soompi.
Regarding the reason for their late response, the agency explained that it was due to the delay in filming Yeonwoo’s latest drama. It is known that Yeonwoo will appear in the new KBS 2TV rom-com titled Dali and Cocky Prince in September.
After Lee Min Ho’s agency mentioned that they had other friends with them at the time of the meeting, some people said that they may have violated Seoul’s social distancing rules, which currently prohibit gatherings of more than two people after 6 pm.
Lee Min Ho’s agency also provided clarification. “It was July 1. At that time, the ban was on gatherings of five or more people. The restriction on gatherings of more than two people started on July 12,” they said.
Previously on August 30, Dispatch reported that Lee Min Ho and Yeonwoo ex-Momoland have been dating for five months, starting from having the same hobbies such as playing games and watching movies. Along with several portraits of the two being photographed separately, Dispatch said that Lee Min Ho picked up Yeonwoo to go to the cinema.
In response, Lee Min Ho’s agency, MYM Entertainment immediately denied the news. They also clarified about the circulating photos.
“It’s not true that they were in a relationship. They were just acquaintances. It wasn’t just the two of them, and there were other friends who were present at the time. It wasn’t a date photo,” said Lee Min Ho’s agency.
