Dream MSMEs are a sector that has been most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The income of this sector fell drastically, in line with the hit of national tourism.

The recovery of the MSME sector is one of the concerns of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno. In order for MSMEs to be empowered again, Sandiaga and his staff at the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy collaborated with Adira Finance to hold the 2021 Local Creative Festival.

“The 2021 Local Creative Festival is a capital for MSME players in the five Super Priority Destinations to grow and show the spirit to continue to advance amid challenges,” said Sandiaga at the Grand Launching of the 2021 Local Creative Festival, Wednesday, September 01, 2021.

The 2021 Local Creative Festival will select the best MSMEs from three categories of the creative economy, namely Culinary, Craft, and Fashion. The participants are MSME actors based in 5 Super Priority Destinations, namely Lake Toba, Labuan Bajo, Borobudur, Likupang, and Mandalika.

Adira Finance President Director, Hafid Hadeli, said this program was presented as part of Adira Finance’s 31st anniversary celebration. In addition, it is also Adira Finance’s commitment to support the Government in restoring the national economy.

“Through this activity, we support the government’s efforts, especially the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, in advancing the creative economy sector SMEs so that together they can grow to build the Indonesian economy in the midst of the pandemic,” said Hafid.
