“Therefore, we are grateful and at the same time hope that the public will continue to provide support to the KPK so that it will never stop working to eradicate corruption, in order to support the realization of a just, prosperous and prosperous society,” said Ali.

Reportedly on Tuesday (31/8/2021), the Court rejected the lawsuit filed by Muh Yusuf Sahide as the Executive Director of KPK Watch Indonesia.

In the judicial review decision Number 34/PUU-XIX/2021, the Constitutional Court stated that Article 69B paragraph (1) and Article 69C of Law 19/2019 concerning the KPK applies not only to KPK employees who do not pass the TWK but also to all KPK employees so that they are not discriminatory. The fact that there are several KPK employees who do not pass the TWK is not a matter of the constitutionality of norms.

The Constitutional Court considers the fact that certain special conditions are given for certain jobs, is not interpreted as an attempt to eliminate a person’s right to work and receive fair and proper remuneration and treatment in an employment relationship.

The material test arose because of the TWK implementation at the KPK which took place in March-April 2021, which was attended by 1,351 employees. However, there are only 1,271 people who have passed and have been appointed as ASN.
