MS Reports 5 KPI Employees Suspected of Sexual Harassment

ACCURATE.CO The victim of alleged sexual harassment and bullying at the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) with the initials MS officially reported five of his colleagues to the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday (1/9/2021) night before dawn.

The five co-workers who are also alleged perpetrators of sexual harassment are Rachmat Muslim alias Olim, Febri Pratomo, Remon Torisno, Eries Oktavianus, Cahyo Legowo.

The five are currently under investigation by Central Jakarta Metro Police officers. The MS report is recorded in the report number LP/B/1183/IX/2021/SPKT/Polres Metropolitan Jakpus/Polda Metro Jaya.

Based on the copies of the reports circulating, MS reported the five co-workers for criminal acts of damaging decency with violence and/or damaging public decency as well as unpleasant acts as referred to in Article 289 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 281 of the Criminal Code junto Article 335 of the Criminal Code.

Based on the chronology, MS experienced harassment by five of his co-workers on Wednesday, October 22, 2015. The incident occurred at the Central KPI office on Jalan Gajah Mada number 8 Petojo Utara Village, Gambir District.

Initially, MS was working in his study. Suddenly, the five co-workers together immediately grabbed the victim’s body.

One of them was also in charge of opening MS’s pants and scribbling on MS’s genitals using a marker and then taking their picture.

“On this incident, the complainant (MS) felt ashamed and experienced psychological trauma and reported the incident to the Central Jakarta Metro Police Office for further processing,” said a copy of the receipt of the report circulating in the media.

Previously, MS, a man who has worked as a contract employee at KPI since 2011, shocked the public. He admitted that he often received acts of bullying, slavery and sexual harassment by his office mates.
