The Corruption Eradication Commission has named Banjarnegara Regent Budhi Sarwono as a suspect. The Regent of Banjarnegara is known to have strange assets whose value reaches Rp. 23.8 billion from the various models he has.
Based on the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN), it was recorded that Budhi last reported his assets on January 25, 2021 with details of his assets in 2020.
It is reported that Budhi owns two plots of land in Banjarnegara. The two parcels of land and buildings are valued at IDR 1.2 billion.
In addition to land and buildings, Budhi apparently kept a lot of his assets in the form of securities with a nominal value of Rp. 10.8 billion, as well as cash equivalent to a value of Rp. 11.6 billion.
Banjarnegara Regent’s strange wealth
From the results of the wealth report, it was revealed that there was a strange treasure owned by the Regent of Banjarnegara, Budhi Sarwono.
He does not have any vehicles in his LHKPN report. However, he has other movable assets with a value of Rp. 54 million, whose model is not mentioned.
“The total assets of Rp. 23,812,717,301,” said Budhi’s LHKPN.
Unfortunately, the magnitude of the wealth was revealed if Budhi was also suspected of corruption as a state official.

Based on the investigation, Budhi Sarwono himself arrived at the KPK Red and White Building Friday, September 3, 2021, at 09.30 WIB. The KPK itself admitted that it would hold a press conference regarding the arrival of Budhi Sarwono.
Earlier on Tuesday (10/8), investigators searched the Banjarnegara Regent’s Office, the Banjarnegara Regent’s Office House on Jalan Dipayuda Kutabanjarnegara, Banjarnegara, Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java, and the Regent’s private house Budhi Sarwono in Krandengan, Banjarnegara, Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java.
From the search, investigators found and secured evidence in the form of documents related to this case.
Previously, on Monday (9/8), investigators also conducted searches in two places. Namely at the Banjarnegara PUPR Office, and the PT Bumi Rejo (BR) Office, which is located at Jalan DI Panjaitan, Banjarnegara, Central Java.
