Join 17 Other BTS Music Videos, Permission to Dance Reaches 300 Million Views on YouTube in 2 Months

1NEWS – On Friday (10/9) around 1 pm South Korean time, single BTS “Permission to Dance” is the group’s eighteenth music video to hit 300 million views on YouTube in just two months since its release on July 9, 2021. This is a separate history for a boy band consisting of Rap Monster, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

“Permission to Dance” Lyrically it’s a song that spreads positivity and love, while the music video depicts a world free from Covid-19 and things returning to normal.

In addition to paying tribute to the Covid-19 warriors who remained strong in the midst of the pandemic, the choreography of this song also includes sign language to express the words dancing, peace, and joy to reach everyone with positive energy.

Recently, BTS ended the “Permission to Dance Challenge” by releasing videos of some of the many fans participating in the challenge and uploading videos of themselves dancing to the song.

Besides “Permission to Dance”, other BTS songs that have been watched more than 300 million times on YouTube are “DNA”, “Fire”, “Blood, Sweat and Tears”, “Dope”, “MIC Dropfeating Steve Aoki”, “Fake Love”, “Not Today”, “IDOL”, “Boy With Luv”, “Boy In Luv”, “Spring Day”, “Dynamite”, “ON”, “Butter”, “Black Swan”, “Life Goes On”, and “Save Me”.

Recently, “Fake Love” from their album Love Yourself: Tear became BTS’ fifth song to reach one billion views on YouTube joining “DNA”, “MIC Drop” feat. Steve Aoki”, “Boy With Luv” feat. Halsey and “Dynamite”.
