The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been occurring for 1.5 years, has had an impact on the tourism sector. Moreover, the central government has imposed Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) to various levels.
The PPKM arranges for all tourist destinations in Bali to be closed. Of course this is very detrimental to the management of tourist attractions. As experienced by one of the tourist attractions in Sumbersari Village, Melaya District, Jembrana.

The management of tourist destinations is currently still trying and always trying to keep taking care of tourist objects in the hope that after the pandemic ends they can still exist as tourist destinations.

The manager of the Karang Impian Beach Swing and Camping Ground Passih tourist destinations, namely the Tourism Group (Pokdarwis) Dusun Sumbersari I Ketut Subanda said, since the COVID-19 pandemic hit local tourist visits, he admitted, had decreased drastically, even worse for a month without any visits at all.

“For us to survive in managing this tourist spot by self-help group members in carrying out maintenance,” said Ketut Subanda on Saturday, September 10, 2021.

Subanda added, since there were restrictions on the activities of the community, the tourist attractions they manage have been temporarily suspended. Meanwhile, during these restrictions, his party continues to maintain tourist destinations that it manages independently from members.
