“The two foreigners were deported for violating Article 75 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 6 of 2021 concerning Immigration in conjunction with Article 30 paragraph (2) and Article 46 paragraph (2) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions,” said the Head of the Regional Office of the Bali Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Jamaruli Manihuruk, on Monday, September 13, 2021.
Jamaruli said the deportation of the two foreigners took place around 13.00 WIB. Through Gate 4 terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta International Airport using Philippine Airlines flight number PR540 for the Jakarta (CGK) – Ninoy Aquino (MNL) route.
“Previously the two foreigners departed from the Denpasar Rudenim with an escort of officers from the Denpasar Rudenim to Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, and were then flown to Jakarta using a Batik Air plane at around 08.00 WITA,” he explained.
