Awkarin: Women Have The Right To Be Financially Successful And Be Leaders

Usually, women are considered as weak figures, people who just sit quietly or maybe just work at home or become housewives, but according to him now women can play an important role in every field, especially in terms of education and career.

“With the times, women are now not only responsible for giving birth and producing children. Actually, it can’t be applied anymore that only men can try, which is capable for work, because with the development of technology and the times, we as women here demand gender equality. Where women can do things that men can do too. Karin also said, besides being good at taking care of yourself, good at taking care of the household, even being independent in a career, a woman of the era now must also be financially literate and successful.

“And I really want to break the stigma that women don’t just take care of the house, husband, children, and kitchen matters, we can do everything, we are multifunctional, we can take care of everything. We can also work and be financially successful and become leaders, if I think so, that everyone also knows that to bring up the self-confidence that we as women want we can pursue, I think we can achieve that,” he explained.

So, how can women be successful both in terms of career and financially? Regarding this, Karin also has her own views.

“In my opinion, the key is being brave to start, because if we are brave, we have confidence in anything, I think everything will be done. First we have to believe in what we are doing right now and don’t be afraid to start. But being brave to start doesn’t mean that by accumulating a lot of our experience, we can do things without thinking about it. So all of that still needs a mature strategy, we also have to collect a lot of existing ‘ammunition’, the term is like, if we want to do something, we have to know what we are. capable not to do this, I see. Yes, after that, we will work hard and then we will also start something that we think we want later,” said Karin.

In addition, Karin said, there are 5 important things that must be carried out so that young people, including women, can achieve success.
