Netflix has finally released the full trailer of their western-themed film, The Harder They Fall starring Idris Elba and Jonathan Majors. With a release date of November 3, 2021, this trailer promises to be a cowboy adventure full of gunplay and blood, violence and cool visuals from an old American landscape that harks back to classic ’60s westerns but with a modern cinematic flair.

In addition to the trailer that you can check out below, Netflix has also released a new poster teasing the rivalry between Rufus Buck and the Majors as they are shown going head-to-head with their own gang. This poster also seems to give fans the scent of revenge and rivalry in this action-packed film.

As we know, The Harder They Fall offers a cool cast consisting of Jonathan Majors as Nat Love along with Idris Elba (The Suicide Squad), Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2, Joker), Delroy Lindo (Da 5 Bloods, Get Shorty), LaKeith Stanfield (Knives Out, Sorry to Bother You), and Regina King (Watchmen), and Danielle Deadwyler, Edi Gathegi, RJ Cyler, Damon Wayans Jr. and Deon Cole.

The Harder They Fall is a film with a western world setting, which tells the story of Nat Love (Majors) who finds that the man who killed his parents, Rufus Buck (Elba) two decades ago has been released from prison, he reunites with his gang to track down his enemy and seek revenge. His group consists of his ex-girlfriends, Stagecoach Mary (Zazie Beetz), hot-tempered Bill Pickett (Edi Gathegi) and Jim Beckwourth (RJ Cyler)—and foes who turn out to be surprising allies. Rufus Buck has his own scary crew, including “Treacherous” Trudy Smith (Regina King) and Cherokee Bill (LaKeith Stanfield), and they’re not an easy group to beat.

The film is directed by Jeymes Samuel, from a script written by Samuel and Boaz Yakin. Produced by Shawn Carter, James Lassiter, Lawrence Bender and Jeymes Samuel, The Harder They Fall will feature captivating soundtracks from artists like Jay-Z.
