Shah Rukh Khan’s Son Aryan Khan Drug Case Rumors Not Continued Any Longer, Detention Will End Today

1NEWS – Superstar’s son Shahrukh Khan, Aryan Khan, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday (3/10) after a raid was carried out on a cruise ship in Mumbai, India. According to a report in ETimes, NCB may not pursue the case against the child star any further.

Rumors circulated that after Aryan Khan was sent to court custody this Monday (4/10), his lawyer would apply for bail. Reportedly, the NCB will not continue this case further. Along with Aryan, Arbaaz Khan Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also arrested and taken into court custody.

“In a further development in Cr 94/21, three defendants namely Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested today on 10-03-2021 u/s 8(c) r/w section 20(b), 27, 28 & 29 of the NDPS Act and are being processed before a court which is off today following their medical examination,” reads an official statement from the NCB regarding this case quoted from Pinkvilla.

“The honorable court granted the right to detain NCB for 1 day for the three defendants. They will be presented again before the honorable court tomorrow to detain them. Furthermore, the remaining 5 defendants were arrested today and will be presented before the honorable ACMM Court tomorrow after their medical examination,” he continued.

Actress Suchitra Krishnamoorthi colleague Shahrukh Khan at Kabhie Haan Kabhi Naa gives prayers and support via Twitter. He wrote, “There is nothing more difficult for parents than seeing their child in distress. Prayers for all.”

In another tweet, he mentioned how the lives of Bollywood stars are often used as entertainment. Reflecting on previous events, he said, no evidence was found and nothing was proven.

“To all those targeting #Bollywood, remember all the #NCB attacks on movie stars? Well nothing found and nothing proven. #Bollywood gawking is spectacle. That’s the price of fame,” he said.
