1NEWSPrincess Diana loves her two children, Prince William and Harry. Because of his love, he did not want anyone else close to his two sons. Even the princess is said to have fired the nanny for being too close to William and Harry

This fact was revealed by British Royal historian, Louise Heren. “Some of Prince William and Harry’s nannies were fired for being too close to them,” he said.

One of the nannies Diana reportedly fired was Alexandra “Tiggy” Legge-Bourke. He began working for the Diana family in 1993 and became close to William and Harry. As Tatler Magazine once revealed, Diana also believes Legge-Bourke and Prince Charles are having an affair.

After death Princess Diana in 1997, William and Harry remained close to Legge-Bourke. She later married in 1999 to her childhood sweetheart, Charles Pettifer. William and Harry even attended the wedding. Legge-Bourke and her husband also went to Camilla’s 60th birthday in 2007.

Not only the nanny, Diana had previously been blamed for the resignation of the Palace staff, ranging from servants, bodyguards, to Prince Charles’ private secretary. “Within a few months (after marrying Charles), Diana had gone from a fairy tale princess to a ‘devil’ and a ‘little monster’,” Diana biographer Andrew Morton said.

However, Princess Diana reportedly denied these allegations. “I am not responsible for any dismissals. I don’t fire people,” Diana said at the time.
