Annisa Pohan is said to be a candidate for first lady to accompany her husband, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono aka AHY. However, he feels that he is not yet in a suitable position to support this responsibility.
This son-in-law of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono commented after being predicted to be a candidate for the President’s wife. AHY’s wife admitted that she never thought about it.
“Masha Allah, I never thought (to be a presidential candidate), never said that, never thought about such a thing,” said Annisa Pohan, when met in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, Monday (4/10/2021).
Annisa Pohan feels that she is not ready if she has to accompany her husband to carry out his duties as one person in Indonesia. This is because the 39-year-old woman saw firsthand how her in-laws, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) and the late Ani Yudhoyono, carried out the task.
“Because I saw with my own eyes, with my own feelings, I saw how my father-in-law’s struggle to become first lady was not an easy thing to do,” said the former sports presenter.
