1NEWS – According to reports Mundo Deportivo Barcelona have agreed terms with RB Leipzig to bring back Dani Olmo. In fact, the Catalan club had done the same thing even on the day of the past summer transfer deadline.

However, Barcelona still maintain a high level of interest in the 23-year-old. And have identified Olmo as a potential transfer target for the upcoming winter or summer transfer window.

According to the same report, as reported by Barca Buzz, Barcelona have agreed personal terms with Olmo. And the club will now focus on its next step towards reaching an agreement with Leipzig.

The former Dinamo Zagreb player is not a new name at Barcelona, Olmo is a La Masia academy dropout, but for one reason or another Olmo left and joined Dinamo Zagreb in 2014.

In Croatia, Olmo became a star until he finally attracted Leipzig and brought him in 2020.

While still at Zagreb, Olmo scored 34 goals and provided 28 assists in 124 games in all competitions. He has also become established on the international scene for the Spanish national team.
