Artist Ussy Sulistiawaty was in the spotlight after making an upload on social media that said people were in debt but often had amnesia. He admitted that many of his friends owed debts but had not been paid even though many years had passed.
“Wow (unpaid) yearly (not paid) that’s why I’m tired of 2021, I don’t want to borrow money anymore,” said Ussy Sulistiawaty in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta, some time ago. Ussy Sulistiawaty admitted that the upload was originally just a fad. He was also grateful that someone immediately paid the debt because he felt offended.
“Then I made a caption like that, finally someone paid it, thank God. There are those who feel offended, those who haven’t (returned) quickly get paid,” he said. Ussy Sulistiawaty gave up because friends who owed money were even more aggressive than those who lent. Now, Andhika Pratama’s wife has the principle that it is better to give than to lend money.
“I don’t like it, do I, but I have promised from 2021 that I will not lend money. So if someone wants to borrow, I’d better give a little, but I don’t borrow it, because I’m afraid,” he said. She is also often reminded by her husband. However, yesterday’s upload on Instagram was admitted purely because of spontaneity.
“Well Andhika often reminds me, ‘Come on, don’t do that’. Sometimes I don’t have the heart, I continue to take advantage of it. But yesterday (writing the caption) it was just because I remembered,” explained Ussy Sulistiawaty. Previously, Ussy Sulistiawaty had uploaded a portrait of herself contemplating while sitting. In the photo caption, the mother of five wrote about people who don’t want to pay their debts.
