Selebgram Ayu Thalia finally came to meet the summons of North Jakarta Metro Police investigators after her status was determined as a suspect in the defamation case reported by Nicholas Sean Purnama.

“The examination came at 10:00 WIB, finished at 3 pm,” said Head of Public Relations of the North Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Hesti Mardiyanto at the North Jakarta Police, Thursday (27/1).

Unfortunately, in the examination which took five hours, Hesti Mardiyanto did not explain what investigators asked Ayu Thalia.

“Oh, I’m sorry, that’s the investigator’s domain. So basically the person concerned has returned, and the investigation process is still ongoing,” he said.

Ayu Thalia herself is accused of Article 310 and/or 311 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding Defamation with a criminal penalty of nine months imprisonment (310 KUHP) and or four years (311 KUHP).

“The person concerned was not detained because the threat of punishment is less than five years,” he concluded.
