Sandy and Jordi recently had a visit from PSSI, with Hasani Abdulgani flying to the Netherlands to quickly complete their naturalization.
Kevin Diks, who once rejected Indonesia, is now responding to Sandy Walsh’s development of naturalization.
Recently, Walsh and Jordi Amat received gifts from Exco PSSI member Hasani Abdulgani who went to Europe to take care of the naturalization requirements of prospective Indonesian national team players.
Walsh also uploaded a photo on his personal Instagram when he met Hasani and held the Garuda team jersey, admitting that he couldn’t wait to immediately defend Indonesia.
“Like you, I can’t wait to wear this jersey,” Walsh wrote in his Instagram post. “One Step Closer. Thank you very much Pak Hasani & PSSI.”
Kevin Diks congratulated Sandy because he was one step closer to becoming an Indonesian citizen and being able to defend the Indonesian national team.
“Congratulations, friend,” Diks commented on Sandy’s upload.
Previously, Diks had received an offer from PSSI, but due to parental reasons, he failed to be naturalized.
“First we have four players who want to be naturalized. Then we tried to communicate,” said Mochamad Iriawan to the media crew. “On the way, there are two okay [Sandy dan Jordi Amat].”
“As for the other two [Mees Hilgers dan Diks] maybe his family won’t allow it and the reason of course their family knows.” (Goal.com)
