Prospective Barca players become the most sinful figure when Chelsea conceded

It’s no wonder Blues supporters are pushing for this player’s departure. The prospective Barca player is once again the most sinful figure in the goals conceded by Chelsea in the 13th minute of the match against Arsenal, last night.

Thomas Tuchel’s men are hopeful to win twice over Mikel Arteta’s side after taking the lead over the London reds in the first meeting in August 2021, ending 0-2 at the Emirates Stadium.

But a 13th minute goal from Eddie Nketiah shocked Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge on Thursday morning (21/4). This goal started with a long ball from the Gunners back line to the front line.

Chased together by Andreas Christensen and Nketiah, the Chelsea defender made the mistake of thrusting the rounder into the middle, something that was either aimed at goalkeeper Edouard Mendy or at fellow defender Malang Sarr.

Unfortunately, the ball did not reach Malang Sarr and instead was picked up by Nketiah before he outwit the Senegalese goalkeeper to open the scoring.

What was even more amazing for Eddie Nketiah, this was his first goal for Arsenal after scoring three goals in a 5-1 EFL Cup win over Sunderland in December 2021. No wonder he celebrated with great joy in a corner of the stadium with the Gunners supporters.

Four minutes later Timo Werner equalized 1-1, but midway through the half, Emil Smith Rowe surprised the hosts once again with Arsenal’s second goal.

The score is still maintained 1-2 at 30 minutes when this news was uploaded. If this 1-2 scoreline can be maintained until the end of 90 minutes then Tuchel’s men will suffer three home defeats in a row following a 4-1 loss against Brentford and a 1-3 loss against Real Madrid, with both coming in the first week of April.
