Real Madrid took a step forward regarding the intention to bring in Reece James, by preparing 70 million euros or around Rp. 1 trillion to bring in the Chelsea player.

Crazy Ball – Carlo Ancelotti wants to bring Reece James to the Bernabeu during the summer transfer window. Los Merengues are even ready to disburse funds of at least IDR 1 trillion to secure the services of the England international defender ahead of the 2022/23 season.

James has established himself as one of the best young full-backs in Europe since he became a regular at Chelsea in the 2019/20 season. The 22-year-old has become an important figure for the Blues, while he has also managed to carve his name in the England squad.

James has enjoyed a solid 2021/22 campaign – despite a number of injury problems, as he scored six goals and provided seven assists in 31 appearances in all competitions. His explosive game with Chelsea did not go unnoticed by many of Europe’s top clubs, including Real Madrid.

Madrid’s interest in James stems from the decline in the performance of Dani Carvajal. The experienced Spain defender is no longer the same player, since he was hit by a series of injuries. As a result, his performances experienced ups and downs, and Madrid felt the need to bring in a new full-back.

Ancelotti currently does not have a natural right-back in his squad, after the club decided to loan Alvaro Odriozola to Fiorentina. While Nacho and Lucas Vazquez can both play at right-back, nothing has been convincing in that role this season.

Because of this, Real Madrid had to wage war on the transfer market to get a new right-back, and James emerged as the perfect target for them.

According to Fichajesas reported The Hard TackleThe Chelsea defender has become Madrid’s main target ahead of the opening of the summer transfer market. The Spanish giants are now preparing to take a step forward regarding their plans to bring in James from Stamford Bridge.

However, with James already an important player in Thomas Tuchel’s squad, it seems unlikely he will leave Chelsea at the end of this season. Madrid seems to have to be an alternative to James, who the player still insists on rejecting El Real.
