1. Tofu Rice
This typical Gianyar culinary dish is commonly found in the Sukawati Art Market, Gianyar Bali. Unlike traditional rice dishes, Nasi tepeng is complemented by simple traditional side dishes.
Even so, the typical Balinese taste remains the main thing on this one menu. The way of eating is also unique, if rice is usually eaten in a plate container. Then the Nasi Tofu is covered with banana leaf pincuk. A portion of Nasi Tahu contains rice, long beans mixed with grated coconut, fried tofu, and chili paste.
2. Rice Topot
This rice is very unique because it uses banana leaves as a wrapper. The way to cook it is almost similar to uduk rice. That is rice that has been cleaned and then mixed with salt and oil, so that the rice already has its own savory taste.
