“Because the decision is on March 29, 2022, it means that they have already passed from 8 months of undergoing rehabilitation. Those 8 months should have been until March 10. But it turns out that the decision was on March 29, so it’s over,” he continued.

Previously, at the Court level, Nia and Ardi Bakrie were sentenced to 1 year in prison by a panel of judges at the Central Jakarta Court. After that, they filed an appeal until they finally got waivers by undergoing 8 months of rehabilitation. Currently, Wa Ode confirms that his client has been breathing free air.

“Yes, I’ve gone home, rest somewhere. So while undergoing Ramadan fasting,” explained Wa Ode.
