This is one of the important things that should not be ignored. By the time the menstrual period arrives, it’s good to do stress management properly. The increase in the hormone cortisol caused by stress can actually cause inflammation of the skin, including the risk of breakouts.
There are several steps you can take to minimize stress. Starting from ensuring adequate rest, scheduling me time, to regular exercise that can trigger the happiness hormone.
