“Hopefully gold from other sports will follow. Especially football…”
1NEWS – The good news came through Kakan Kusmana and Ardi Isadi, two names of athletes who successfully contributed the first Gold Medal for the Indonesian contingent at the 2021 SEA Games.
That piece of gold came from the Men’s Lightweight Double Sculls rowing sport on Wednesday (11/5). Competing at the Thuy Nguyen Hai Phong Aquatics Center, Kakan/Ardi were at the forefront or the fastest in the Men’s Lightweight Double Sculls final.
Behind them, there are representatives of the Philippines in second place and Vietnam in third. Meanwhile, Thailand is only content to be in fourth place without a medal.
