1NEWS, This year, at least several governors from several regions will end their terms in May 2022.
The Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) must immediately prepare the acting regional head to replace the governor’s position temporarily. The governor level will be filled with acting regional heads from middle high leadership and the regent and mayor levels will be filled by high pratama leaders.
Based on data compiled by 1NEWS, there are four governors whose terms of office expire in May 2022 and have quite fantastic assets, as follows:
1. Wahidin Halim and Andika Hazrumy (Banten)
Wahidin Halim has been the Governor of Banten since May 12, 2017. Wahidin Halim is also the younger brother of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia 2001-2009, Hassan Wirajuda. Meanwhile, Andhika Hazrumy, is an Indonesian businessman and politician who currently serves as Deputy Governor of Banten Province for the 2017-2022 period.
Both partners have at least quite a lot of wealth. Based on the LHKPN as of 2021, Wahidin Halim’s total assets as of December 31, 2021 are IDR 31,986,450,361 with land assets, cars and several other movable assets.
Meanwhile Andika Hazrumy is wealthier with a total asset value of Rp. 19,254,572,667 and a debt of Rp. 4,008,500,371. The wealth of the children of Ratu Atut Chosiyah is based on land assets, securities, cars, other movable assets.
2. Erzaldi Rozman – Abdul Fatah (Bangka Belitung)
Erzaldi is well known to the people of Bangka Belitung (Babel), because before he was sworn in, he was lined up to be the Regent of Babel from 2010-2017. While his deputy was Abdul Fatah, in between serving as Deputy Governor, he was also appointed as HAMI Trustee in Bangka Belitung.
