Spicy snacks are indeed very delicious and appetizing. There are various kinds of spicy snacks that you can try, one of which is the spicy combro. Combro itself is an abbreviation of ‘oncom di jero’ which means this food has oncom stuffing in it.

Material :

  • 500gr cassava (grated)
  • 100 gr grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • How to make: grated cassava with a cloth but not too dry, then mix with grated coconut and salt, mix well.

Filling Material:

  • 1 oncom board (crush)
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp stock powder
  • 1 spring onion (sliced)
  • Green cayenne pepper to taste

How to make :

1. Saute the ground spices until wilted, add the crushed oncom. Stir until cooked, add sliced ​​​​scallions, stir well, turn off the heat.

2. For the cayenne pepper, it can be mashed with ground spices or left intact.

3. Take the cassava dough, give the oncom stuffing, round and oval shape. Fry until brown. Serve Warm.
