BTN Holds Indonesia Property Expo Will Support Government Overcome Backlog

1NEWS, Along with the increasing national economic recovery and the high demand for public housing, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk again held the Indonesia Property Expo in person after the previous year was held virtually.

The 38th Indonesia Property Expo or IPEX will be held from 15 May to 22 May, located in Hall A Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), the exhibition involves 41 developers consisting of 11 subsidized developers and 30 non-subsidized developers.

“After during the pandemic holding a virtual IPEX, today while still implementing strict health protocols, Bank BTN finally held an IPEX which can be directly visited by the public who want to choose their dream home,” said Bank BTN President Director Haru Koesmahargyo when opening IPEX in Jakarta, Sunday (15/5/2022).

IPEX, which is a routine event for Bank BTN, is targeted to attract 50,000 visitors during the 8-day exhibition with a potential target of Rp. 1.5 trillion for principal permits, with details for non-subsidized mortgages of Rp. 900 billion, while subsidized mortgages of Rp. 300 billion and Sharia mortgages. of IDR 300 billion.

“As for the target for booking mortgages, we are targeting IDR 200 billion, with details of non-subsidized mortgages of IDR 120 billion, subsidized mortgages of IDR 40 billion and sharia IDR 40 billion,” he said.

In this role, developers are competing to offer their flagship residential project. It is recorded that more than 225 residential projects have been sold in Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Karawang, Bekasi and several locations outside the city, such as in Subang, Bandung and Surabaya. The housing price ranges from Rp 168 million to Rp 3.5 billion.

Major developers selling non-subsidized houses participating in IPEX include PT Adhi Commuter Properti, Tbk which exhibits the LRT City project, PT. PP Urban with the flagship project Urban Town (Serpong & Karawang), PT Subur Progress which offers Paradise Serpong City, Paradise Resort City. Other developers in attendance also included Delta Group, Perumnas and PT Metropolitan Land Tbk.
