Gareth Bale's agent opens the opportunity for the Real Madrid winger to return to the Premier League

Gareth Bale will soon end his contract at Real Madrid, but his future remains unclear where he will continue his career.

Crazy Ball – Real Madrid striker Gareth Bale will be open to a possible return to the Premier League once his contract in the Spanish capital expires, says agent Jonathan Barnett.

The Wales international has only played five La Liga games under Carlo Ancelotti this season and with his contract due to expire on 30 June 2022, he looks set to finally end his relationship with the club.

Last season, Gareth Bales spent half a season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur where he managed to impress, scoring 11 goals and providing two assists in 20 Premier League appearances.

He has also been linked with other Premier League clubs in the past, most notably Manchester United who were once very keen to pursue his services even though a transfer in the end never materialized.

Now his agent, Jonathan Barnett, has confirmed that a return to the Premier League is a possibility for Gareth Bale, but the 32-year-old forward will focus first on helping his country to a World Cup play-off due to take place early next month.

“He will leave Real Madrid, but we have to wait to see what the Wales national team can do” [di kualifikasi Piala Dunia Qatar 2022 mereka],” Jonathan Barnett told Records. “It all depends on whether Wales qualify for the World Cup, then we will make a decision, which may be different whether Wales go to the World Cup or not.”

“Is it more likely to return to the Premier League? I think so, but we have to wait and see if the Wales national team can qualify for the World Cup.”
