Simple Lasagna Recipe, Beware It’s Addictive!

Lasagna is a very popular Italian pasta dish. Its delicious taste makes anyone addicted. Well, you can also make your own lasagna at home, you know. Quoted from the Instagram account @rachveda, here is the lasagna recipe.

Bolognese Sauce:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pack of instant spaghetti sauce (250gr)
  • 300gr ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust)
  • 100ml water
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp bottled chili
  • Pinch of oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Bechamel Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 clove of garlic finely
  • 400ml uht milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt (adjust)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp parmesan powder
  • 100 gr cheddar cheese, grated

Other Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets of lasagna pasta
  • Pinch of dry parsley

How to make:

1. Make the Bolognese sauce: saute the garlic and onions until fragrant, add the meat, cook until the meat changes color, add the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, bottled chili sauce, mix well, add water, oregano and salt, cook while stirring until the water recedes, taste correction, turn off the heat.

2. Make the Bechamel sauce: in a pan, heat the butter, saute the finely chopped garlic until fragrant, add the flour, cook over low heat while stirring until it’s cooked (it doesn’t smell like flour), add the milk little by little while stirring, add the parmesan and grated cheese, add salt, mix well, turn off the fire

3. Boil the lasagna pasta sheets in boiling water with 1 tsp salt and oil for 5 minutes, remove and drain (don’t stack them so they don’t stick)

4. Solution: in pyrex uk 20×10, arrange the first layer: bechamel, pasta, bolognese, bechamel, quick melt cheese then paste again etc. dry parsley

5. Bake in the preheated oven, at 180C, bake covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes, open the pestle and bake for another 25 minutes / adjust to each oven.
