Mayora Disburses Bonuses to Investors, Here’s the Value!

ACCURATE.CO PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), a food and beverage producer with products such as Roma biscuits, Astor, Beng Beng, Kopiko, Torabika, Choki Choki, and Energen which was built by billionaire Jogi Hendra Atmadja plans to distribute cash dividends of Rp21 per share.

“At the AGM, we decided to distribute dividends of around Rp. 469 billion which will begin to be distributed on July 27, 2022,” said Director of General and Operations of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, Wardhana Atmadja, in Jakarta, Tuesday (28/6/2022).

He explained that throughout 2021, the Company managed to record sales of Rp. 27.9 trillion or an increase of 14% compared to the same period in the previous year with a net profit of Rp. 1.2 trillion.

Meanwhile, for the period from January to April 2022, the Company managed to record sales of Rp. 10.4 trillion or an increase of 6.2% compared to the same period the previous year with a net profit of Rp. 450 billion.

This year, the company targets sales to increase by 10% or to Rp30.7 trillion with a net profit target of Rp1.3 trillion.

Wardhana said that the company certainly understands that future business conditions will still be faced with many challenges, such as pandemic conditions that have not completely disappeared, political instability abroad and instability in raw material prices and other things that may affect the costs to be borne by the Company.

“However, the Company believes that the Company’s business prospects are still very good and the Company’s financial health condition always has priority,” he concluded.
